FOOD & COFFEE HOUSE

Nowadays there is a blurring of the lines between restaurant, coffee house, cafe and bar. The Corner by SITI is a casual combination of all of these specializing in local seasonal ingredients. Opening during the day time we cater for all day casual dining along with a range of coffees, teas, and soft drinks for those just wanting to chill out. All our core ingredients are locally sourced (or roasted in the case of coffee) from the South Wales region

SITI

This is my first wholly owned kitchen. Previously I was the Head Chef at the Priory in Tetbury, the Cotswolds where I was fortunate, along with my team, to win the Cotswold Life Food and Drink award for Best Menu in 2014. I have had a further 2 trips to the finals including for Best Newcomer of the year for the Stargazy fish restaurant in 2016. I am originally from Indonesia, so feel free to ask for some specials that are a little on the spicy side if you don't see any on the menu !
